The Real Estate Division of the Puerto Rico Trade Company is of great importance for the distribution of merchandise in Puerto Rico, as it promotes the internal and external commerce of the island, contributes to maximize the distribution system, reduce the handling of merchandise, and subsequently, reduce the final price of products.

Currently, it offers 3.6 million square feet of warehousing and commercial facilities throughout the island. Its main objective is to offer storage facilities for the distribution of products, as well as other commercial facilities for businesses in three (3) strategic locations in San Juan, Ponce, and Mayaguez. From these storage facilities, tenants can distribute consumer products such as food, pharmaceutical products, chemical products, and wood to local and regional markets.

International Commercial Center in San Juan

  • Has 13 storage buildings and 3 office buildings that in total sum 1,316,998.00 square feet of loading and unloading storage and office space
  • Inside the installations located in San Juan is the Central Market, which consists of five (5) buildings. This market represents one of the main refrigerated commercial installations in the island, with approximately 570,045.54 square feet.

Regional Distribution Center in Ponce

  • Cosnsist of five (5) modern buildings and can offer its services to neighboring towns due to its strategic location near the Port of the Americas
  • These installations have a total of 532,343.17 square feet, of which 260,198.50 square feet are available for rental

Regional Distribution Center in Mayagüez

  • Has four (4) modern buildings and a small commercial center that can offer services to neighboring towns due to its location near Road #2 in Alturas Avenue.
  • These installations have a total of 414,500.22 square feet, of which 183,713.49 square feet are available for rental.
